They recruit students through looking into those affected by those things that go bump in the night. This is where they learn to bump back. But the school is a beacon of danger for everyone involved and attacks happen regularly. Little Rock Arkansas has never been more dangerous. No evil monster or demon wants this school to work and every day is an uphill battle... but fighting for it is half the fun. The Winchesters realize that some special people would be interested.
