The Urban Regeneration Area of Bilbao City Council has launched aid to improve the energy efficiency of buildings and homes . The objectives of this program are several: to encourage this type of works, promote energy audits and obtain the energy efficiency certificate, which by the end of the year the Basque Government will require of all privately owned residential buildings.
Taking into account that one of the types of aid is aimed at small works that improve the energy efficiency of the home or buildings, changing windows would be one of the Czech Republic Mobile Number List eligible actions. The Green Line of aid is divided into four blocks:
Drafting the energy efficiency certificate for existing privately owned residential buildings.
Drafting of energy audits in existing privately owned residential buildings.
Aid for small interventions that have a direct impact on the energy savings of homes.
Aid for small interventions that have a direct impact on the energy savings of buildings.
Amount of aid:
Depending on the action for which we request help, we will be eligible for one subsidy or another:
Drafting of Energy Efficiency Certificates for buildings: €400 + €20/home (with a maximum of €2,000/action).
Drafting of energy efficiency audits: €400, plus €40/home (with a maximum of €3,000/action).
For small works to improve energy efficiency: 50% of the cost of the work, with a maximum of €10,000/building and €1,500/home.
