An update is an announcement but can also mean a new feature has been added to the site. events ---> Under Attack! A banner will appear under the active user list stating the school is under attack. A thread will be put up for people to post in. This is an in character event. You control npc's of vampires, witches, minor demons, ect and fight them off! It's a great plot device for characters and who knows, maybe a staff with an NPC will show up and you can become part of the site plot yourself! Lasts a week. ---> Get The Can! Its an in character event that is pretty much capture the flag. Each team has an inconspicuous can. The object is to get the can from the other team and go to the center of the courtyard. Teams will be broken down into groups by alphabet. A banner will appear under the active user list stating the game is on! Every member of the winning team gets $200. Lasts a week. ---> Dances or Festivals!! The length will vary. As always a board for them will be created. It will be announced under the active user list. All posts in dances or festivals count double for cash. contests ---> Graphic Contest! A single or group of graphics will be provided in a post on the bulletin. Make the contracted item(s) then post as a reply to the bulletin post. Lasts either a week or until five entries occur. Prizes will vary from >$500 to premium store items. ---> Staff Auditions! When a staff opening is available a post will be made in the bulletin along with a form to fill out and pm to me. Once I receive five or a week has passed I will post in staff and they will be voted on. Prizes can be anything under the sun plus a spot on staff. ---> Plot Character Auditions! We will post a vague description of a character for a plot device in the bulletin. Pm me a sample of the required word count included in description and once I get five auditions or a week has passed I will post them to be voted on in staff.
